How to choose a career with DMIT?
Introduction :
MIT also referred to as Dermatoglyphics Multiple Intelligence Test, enables us in ascertaining talent of an individual or ‘multiple intelligence’, which is based on dermatoglyphics and fingerprints. DMIT involves the scientific study of fingerprints patterns of a human. With DMIT you can assess a person’s personality and other traits by analysing his/her fingerprints.
Choosing your career through DMIT
It is often seen in many scenarios that a student selects a career based on parental or peer pressure, and at times both. In situations like this students end up with the burden of balancing the expectations of family or peer while selecting a course as well as their career which ultimately leads them to not make the desired choice.
You need to focus on your potential (must be the norm) while choosing a career. But, before that you need to know, what all are your potentials (talents) and DMIT exactly helps you in identifying it.
Identifying your Talents
There are 3 main talents that everyone possesses:
- Inborn Talent or Natural Talent
- Acquired Talent
- Influenced Talent
Inborn Talent or Natural Talent – which comes from Birth (God gift)
Natural talent is an inborn or innate gift for a specific activity, either allowing one to display some immediate skill without practice, or to gain skill quickly with minimal practice.
The key benefit of natural talent is that it permits the individual a very steep learning curve, whereby he or she obtains skills readily with hard work or less practice than the average person.
Acquired Talent – which we acquire by hard work and extra efforts
Acquired talent allows one to demonstrate skills for a specific activity through hard work, or to gain skill with extra efforts.
Influenced Talent – which comes from Motivation or others influence
Influenced talent allows one to demonstrate skills for a specific activity through either influence coming from others or to gain skill by some motivation.
DMIT focuses on identifying unique ability (Inborn talent), which a child or person inherits.
